Booth Rental Information

Thank you for your interest in booth rentals at Hometown Boutique. We are thrilled to open this great store to the community and see what everyone has to offer. We are always looking for new products to add to our unique collection of items. 

Booth Space is leased six months at a time (shorter terms can be arranged for an additional 25% monthly fee.) Prices start at $50.00 per month for a 2x4x6, (two feet deep by four feet wide by six feet high) and increase by about $25 for each additional 2 foot of space. In addition to the booth fee, there is a commission of 13%. We also collect a security deposit equal to one month’s booth fee which is refunded at the end of your lease. Vendors get a check for their sales by the 8th of each month and the booth fee and commission are automatically deducted. 

We offer online sales tracking so you can keep track of sales and inventory. You can restock as often as you’d like. We also try to monitor each booth and can periodically send you a text if we notice you are getting low. Your products can be displayed using your own professional looking fixtures or you can rent hooks and shelves from us. 

Before being approved your products must be submitted for review to limit duplication and to ensure they are a good fit for our store. To apply for a booth, go to website to complete the short application or just email your information and pictures to info@website.com. 

We are also offering online sales of products. We have integrated our website with other sales platforms to reach a more global market. We will be selling on Ebay, Etsy, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Amazon.  Online sales will have an initial setup fee, based on number of products, and a commission fee of 15%. Shipping and Handling will also be charged if fees are greater then customer is paying(free shipping). If you wish to have your items listed and sold online, please include that in the application.
